Tad definitely inherited my rather large sweet tooth. Grammy captured this great photo of Tad immediately after he tried his first M&M Sugar Cookie, courtesy of Grammy and Pop. Tad couldn't contain his excitement - Yum!
That is not a typo - Tad is convinced that the correct word for pumpkin is apple. It has made for an interesting Halloween season - he likes to point out the apple outside everyone's house and whenever he hears the word pumpkin, he responds with "apple". Grammy and Pop were with us for Halloween weekend and Tad had a great time with them, including a trip to Berry Patch Farm in Woodstock. He loved the tractor, animals, wagon ride and, of course, all the apples.
On Sunday after Brady's birthday bash, we went to an agricultural festival before heading back to Atlanta. Tad was thrilled to ride on a "orse" (one of his favorite words these days). I guess it was technically more of a pony, but the little guys had a great time. We also visited several horses in the barn and saw a farmer shear his sheep.
We know what Tad is hoping Santa brings - vrooom, vrooom.
Monkey William.
Andrew - grrrrr.
Cow down.
Happy 2nd Birthday Cousin Brady! Thanks for inviting us to your fun costume party with your buddy Charlie. We all had a blast, especially Tad - bouncey house, pizza, cake and a fabulous swing set! Brady kept the adults entertained by singing Happy Birthday to himself for a while before falling asleep. You are adorable and we look forward to many adventures with you in the coming year.
